What is your earliest tennis memory?

I was playing with my dad on vacation, and I kept hitting it over the fence.

How, where, and when did you start playing?

My first time playing wheelchair tennis was at a "Have a Go" day in Abbotsford when I was 9 years old.

What made you decide to choose tennis?

I loved the travel that comes with playing tennis. I also really enjoy getting to meet players from all over Canada and the world.

Your biggest inspiration and why?

Barry Henderson. I admire how hard he works and his positive attitude. I have been so lucky to have travelled and learned from him over the past few years. My favourite practice is when we rally together.

Wheelchair Basketball

Favourite sport other than tennis?

Sled hockey for the high paced gamed, and the strength, agility and technique required.

How has your family impacted your tennis career?

My family has made huge sacrifices for me to play tennis. We have had to drive a lot to get me to practices, and it meant we all would eat dinner in the car multiple nights a week. I couldn’t have done it without all their help.
