Nathalie is a seasoned executive known for her strategic vision and operational expertise. She has successfully led multiple traditional companies through comprehensive digital transformations, spearheading critical revenue generation projects that have redefined business models and customer engagement strategies. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, marketing, e-commerce, and demand generation, which consistently deliver scalable and repeatable financial value.
In 2023, Nathalie led the Montreal stadium sales team to achieve record-breaking revenue for the tournament, showcasing her ability to drive exceptional results. Her commitment to youth and sports development is evident through her active role on the Board of Sport Jeunesse Québec.
